One man was asking how we are backuping your Projects files...
CD, DVD, hard dives, or Cloud (Dropbox, One Drive,...) was the answers.
CD & DVD... I did this a long time ago and I was not really happy with this solution... Too many CDs or DVD and not so reliable. Worst, when I was traveling, it was impossible for me to carry all my CD cases...
Hard drives: not reliable at all...
Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, or others Cloud services can be very expensive with time....

There is another solution, totally free with unlimited storage, with unlimited possibilities...
A website.
This is what I do. I have a secret website where I save everything. My Audio files, images, emails,...
More, I have my favourite music playlists, radio, my resume, some movies,...

There are a lot of way to do a website for Free and this even if you don't know the HTML. (Note, that the HTML is very easy... On the Web you can find a lot of templates....)

I am using Weebly but there are a lot of other offers... I am using Weebly because I am working with an iPad only and their App is very well done.

This solution is much more reliable than others, totally Free and allows you to access your files from everywhere in this Galaxy!

When I am starting a new job, I always create a website.

I add a password (HTML) because we use it to share everything and to communicate. Me, the Artist, the Manager & the Production.

I create an upload page where everybody can upload Files.
I add a music player because it can be borring depending of the file size. (Unlimited file size & storage)

I create a page where I can always be able to recover the material they gave to me...

I create a page for each tracks. Easy to download and listen to the different mixes, arrangements of a Track...

Same, at the end for all the tracks. In every page there is a comment section where everybody can communicate

At the end, I create my private page, with all my work.
