I am an Armenian man...
What it means?
That I need a Drone to play my music.
A Pad, something in the ground...
It means also a lot of others things in music,...
Sad music, no 4/4 time Signature...
Why I am talking about this?
Because FS Freezeverb is made for me!
OK, it's a Reverb, you can use it as a classic Reverb, but with the Freeze feature...
in the Video below I used 5 instances of Freezeverb.
One inserted in my Guitar channel. As a normal Reverb.
2 others in 2 aux that I used to create my Drone.
One inserted in another channel where I was using Sparkle as an effect to add "life" to my "song". Here also Freezeverb was used as a classic Reverb.
The last one was inserted as a classic Reverb into the Master out channel.
You can watch the video...
I really love this Reverb, sure that I will use it...
And you know why I am so sure of that?
Because when you are using an App for the first time and when after 5 minutes of use, you already have an idea for a new composition...
And if you don't stop to play during one night, as I did last night...
It means something...
To conclude: Freezeverb doesn't come with a lot of parameters. A Mix, a Dampen, a Width knobs. The Freeze switch and a slider for the Room size. That's all and that enough to use it as a Drone Machine. The processing quality is great. Hot, not metallic... This is essential if you want to use it as a Drone. It doesn't use a lot of CPU, so you can use a lot of instances of Freezeverb. Also essential to create your Drone. Yes, I forgot you can use it as a Stand Alone App, but as an Audio Unit App too! The 2 versions are same same but different. The Audio Unit version comes with a little preset library.
So to conclude this conclusion, FS Freezeverb is a Killer App, a Must Have! A creative App!
There is one thing that I will be happy to have, for my live...
A MIDI learn feature for the Freeze switch...

(A limiter limit the sound and leave intact the rest of the audio material. For example if you limit at -5dB everything that goes above this limit is turned down. A maximixer limit the sound at a given value and boost the sound above the specified threshold.)
La claque” in French!
The “Slap” in English!
Watch the video demo…
I don’t want to talk anymore, and by the way, I can’t…
I am down… KO!
I need 2 minutes...
You can read the App Store description (a part):
Maxima is an audio effect designed to provide automatic gain control of your audio materials to ensure that the levels stay consistent and never exceed 0dB. It's a clever combination of dynamic processors that can be set to provide a gentle transparent signal boost respecting the initial dynamic or significant colorised level maximisation. Thanks to a unique signal path, algorithms and a small set of parameters, Maxima makes a complicated task easy.
In addition to the classic final stage application, Maxima excels on individual tracks too. With a few changes it's easy to go from the common gain deviation compensation, e.g. for vocals, to drastical audio changes that will bring your audio material to new territories: boost reverb tails, flattenize drums…
>>, this will help on setting the right parameters and have a visual feedback.
Maxima is magic! And its power is so incredible that anyone can use it ... from the beginner sound engineer to the most confirmed ...
From now, It’s my secret weapon.. So take care!

Below my VirtualRoom review.
This is not because I am lazy....
This is because VirtualForest works the same way!
The only difference, and it's not a litle one, is that this time the listener is not in a room but in a forest.
There are 3 rooms, a small, a medium and large.
There are no preset library in the Stand Alone and IAA version but the copy and paste feature only and perhaps that this option is much more better, because it’s not a Reverb.
Or a Reverb that works in the opposite side... Here, the settings are for you, the listener and the 2 input sources. To be able to move the listener and the 2 input sources with you fingers, it's Top. You can easily follow the images from a movie while you are making the sound design, or even the soundtrack in a DAW like Auria. , it's top! . VirtualRoom AU can be used by sound engineers, sound designers, musicians, videos editor, even Djs. The processed signal is great, the UI too (you can work on several VirtualRoom plugins at the same time), so without any hesitation, VirtualRoom is a Killers App, a Must Have!
Audio Unit (plugins) / IAA / Stand Alone
And because I forgot to write something in the VirtualRoom AU post, I add it now....
These 2 plugins can be controlled with MIDI CC
And because I don't want that VirtualForest be jealous of VirtualRoom AU, I add below the App Store description:
With VirtualForest you can create your own binaural audio! Even directly within your favorite audio workstation app, thanks to the bundled AUv3 Plugin.
This application simulates the acoustics of a forest and reproduces the sound signals for the two ears of a virtual listener inside the forest. Listening to these signals using headphones gives the impression of being inside the forest at the position of the listener. Please note that without headphones connected to your iOS device, this app may lead to unpleasant feedback noise.
When run for the first time, this application will install an Audio Unit v3 App Extension that can be used in various third party applications.
The sound sources take their signals from the left and right input channels (coming from a microphone, Inter-App Audio, or the AUv3 host application) and can be moved in real time by dragging the loudspeaker symbols on the screen. The listener can be moved by dragging the head symbol. Alternatively, sliders can be used to set the positions (including along the vertical Z dimension), as well as source gains and the listener azimuth.
Current settings can be copied in a text format to and from the clipboard.
The unique mirroring function lets you create a balanced stereo setup simply by pressing a button.
I really love the concept of these Reverbs that aren't Reverbs, even if they are Reverbs.... and I will be really happy to have a lot of new places in the future!
A Killer App!, a Must Have!

Sel a Fuzz is awesome and the last update brings it a little closer to excellence...
What's is it?
A Noise generator, or a Drone Machine. A distortion too.
You can use it as a plugins to shape the signal of an incoming Audio source. (IAA and Audiobus or the built in microphone)
To generate the signal of the Noise generator, we have a VCF a Band Pass.
For the Drone, 4 Oscillators (Saw, Sinusoïdale, Triangle and Square) but you can also drag the waveforms for each oscillator in the Oscillators Table located in the settings window. You can order the polyphony order or randomise it for each child oscillator.
To shape the signal, a 10 Band equalizer, a Low Pass, and the Distortion.
I forgot something...
Self a Fuzz also as a randomizer effects...
All the parameters can be randomised. It's awesome... All knobs and buttons come with 3 randomisers switch. These switch allows you to set the range a of the associated parameters...
Also and this is really awesome, You can controller the VCF and Band Pass frequency with MIDI or the built in keyboard.
Self a Fuzz can record your performances and share them via Audio Share.
To conclude Self a Fuzz is really awesome and very very easy to use of,Ce you have understand how it works.
As usual, you have the tutorial below, but this time I also added 5 examples to help you to understand how it works.
A Killer App! A Must Have!
Below, a message from the developer. (Deregulator, ZhSh, 3oomph, and Self a Fuzz)
"Dear musicians, today versions of my apps have buggy sound on iPhones with default sample-rate 48000. I hope to bring fixes asap, but this may be late or impossible. And take care for your hardware and meatware :)"

2) As a Drone Machine
I don't need an input signal, but I can use one. I am using the EQ, the 4 Oscillators, the Mutonic and the Distortion too.
I am sure that Elastic Drum is one of your favourite Drum Machines...
Even your favourite one!
At least in your top 3...
I can bet my saddle and my boots!
I am also can bet that Elastic FX will become one of your favourite Multi FX...
4 slots for 33 Fx!
6 Modulation Fxs:
2 Chorus, DimensionD, Flanger, Phaser & Phanger
5 Pitch FXs:
Ring Modulator, Pitch Shifter, Reverse Pitch, Pitch Trails & Frequency Pitch
5 Distortion FXs:
Tube Screamer, Fuzz, Distortion, Bass Shaper & Bit Crusher
3 Filter FXs:
Low Pass, Dual VCF & Tone Filter
5 Delay FXs:
Comb Filter, VCF Delay, Down Echo, Ping Pong & Grain Delay
5 Reverb FXs:
New Verb, Miller Verb, Long Verb, Gate Verb & Freeze Verb
4 Other FXs:
Auto Pan, Gate, Strobe & Stutterer
2 parameters for each of these FXs can be control with the big Pad on the right side of the screen. (X & Y axis)
These parameters can be automated also (1,2,4 or 8 bars length). They also can be controlled with an external App or hardware and your presets can be changed with a MIDI program change message.
One thing really really top: the Routing!
You can choose from 8 different routings
In > 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > out, in > (1 > 2 & 3 > 4) > out, in > (1 & 2 & 3 & 4) > out, in > 1 > 2 > (3 & 4) > out, in > (1 & 2 & 3) > 4 > out, in > (1 & 2) > 3 > 4 > out, in > 1 > (2 & 3 & 4) > out, in > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1 > out
Also on the Master section with level meters, a 3 band equalizer, a compressor, stutter fx with its own expression Pad.
Elastic FX comes also with a simple Audio files player (open in from another App).
To conclude, I still can bet my other boots that Elastic FX will stay in your iDevices after that you play with it!
A Killer App! A Must Have!

qooqooq is the new incoming App from Savelii Kaliupano..
It means that it's a randomizer effect.
Here in the Video below, a little overview.
The processing quality is great and you can also use it as a "normal" Reverb (by un activating the randomizer knobs.)
I really love all the Apps from this developer. I will post the ZhSh review today, but this one is more easy to use in a mix. I mean more easily than a randomizer Delay or Fuzz, Distortion.... Yes, you can use it for an ambience, a synthesizer, an Fx track.... Set the randomizers as you like and let your track live it's life....
I don't know when qooqooq will join its family in the App Store... Soon, I guess...
So, more infos soon...
The new App from Savelii Kaliupanov!
